Well nothing exciting happening today other than the usual ......cleaning the bathroom, laundry, vacuuming, doing the dishes (I don't have a dish washer)all the stuff I hate doing but for what ever reason it has become my wife and motherly duty! I do really wish that I liked to clean but I don't! so not a long blog today but I did find this verse that Hit me today. I think that God has a sense of humor!!! Or he just wanted me to learn something from this verse!
Philippians 2:14- 15 Do everything without complaining or arguing!!! so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation in which you shine like stars in the universe.

Speaking of dishwashers... Lynn refused to use one for the longest time. When I finally convinced her that she needed to and she tried it, she felt like she was in heaven. So, shortly after that, we buy a house and it doesn't have a dishwasher.
She was OK with that. She figured she would just wash them by hand. Well, being the loving husband that I am, I went out and bought her a dishwasher. It was a Mother's Day gift!
I took her out on a Saturday afternoon. My dad stopped by the house to wait for the delivery man. Mrs. Dorky Musician and I returned back to the house. She found the dishwasher in the kitchen and thought it was very romantic!
I love my wife! :)
Diamonds aren't a girl's best friend...it's the dishwasher! :D
Well My loving husband did in fact buy me one for christmas one year It was very small but would suit us fine, well we took it back because we found out that our son was going to need a very exspensive heart surgery(as you know)we needed the money. So that was the end of my dishwasher! boo hoo!! I think it should be a rquirement of all houses in america that way those of us who rent!!! the dishwasher would be there!!! Wouldn't that be nice!
AMEN!!!! to that mrs.dorky musician!
It seems me and your husband, Jo Jo, have good wives. I was forever grateful when I found out Mrs. Dorky Musician didn't care about the silly things that women are supposed to care about. I don't mind getting her that stuff, and even enjoy it sometimes, but I don't want my love for her to be judged on the size of the diamond or purity of the gold!
I do agree with you there....diamonds and gold are really just very nice "things" But its the value of love that is important. I would much rather be married to my husband then have a dishwasher or dimonds an other material things. I really don't care about those things either(maybe that's why the mrs. and I are sucj good friends We prefer walmart over macy's HAHAHA) But I do enjoy them from time to time as well.
You wouldn't want to shop at Macy's anyhoo. It's a bronze sponsor of the Gay Days at Disney.
Thanks for pointing that out I had no idea. I now officaily band Macy's!
I know you guys don't fly much, but you might want to also consider the same about Delta, but most importantly, Ford.
The most important ones to go with are the ones backed by groups like the American Family Association. But, avoiding as much as you can is also good, especially when it comes to places like Macy's. It's not like you don't have other alternatives there and their products aren't crucial to life.
